Hostal Medina

The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious and friendly- they even offered me dessert as I was about to look around Olvera for a sweet treat. Very kind and I would highly recommend Hostal Medina to other pilgrims on the Via Serrana.

Hostal medina is directly in the centre, situated in a really nice old house! It is a bit old fashioned and would need a renovation. However, I have everything I needed and place was very clean. :)

Beautiful tiled interior. Nice lady at check in. This is a family home as well as a hostal. Room was spacious, I slept well in the comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Small balcony overlooking the street. Nice bar next door. My bicycle was stored downstairs securely.

It’s a bit dated but that adds to its charm. It’s a bit noisy from the road below until about midnight.

Great location close to reataurants and the monuments of old town.

Bed too short for tall people. The room could use some maintenance and updating.

the French bed was a bit too small for us tall people. and it was in the middle a bit through so we also rolled to the middle. the matrass could use a change.
