Toilet didn’t work properly. Told desk staff and was told that they were working on it

Very clean! Love the little clothes baskets for laundry. The room next door was a bit loud, but, front desk handled it & we had no problem afterwards. LOCATION IS GREAT!! Breakfast was good, just WISH THERE WAS YOUGURT OR FRESH FRUIT option. WILL STAY AGIAN! THANK YOU!!

Positive: Very professional staff, clean rooms. Not So Positive: no coffee in the room, only 1 cup in room, only one soap. Breakfast was pretty sparse--pretty bad when you put regular coffee in a decaff urn and add a paper sign.

The room was not cleaned properly for our arrival. The linens were changed out and clean. It was obvious that the toilet and sink area had not been cleaned at all! The floor also needed to be vacuumed. Disappointing.

We didn’t not b end up staying. Checked rooms before taking stuff in pulled back mattresses and bedbugs second bed hair and dirt galore rooms stank as well. Let front desk know want staying have us refund and started pest guy was here last week I, started we can walk down together and I would show her, she declined. Would not recommend

Amazing staff!! Only complaint is it offers continental breakfast and by 745 am, there was NOTHING left. Breafast was to be from 630-930

Room we stayed in could have been cleaner. Cookie crumbs under mattress & beneath headboard. Coffee maker was dirty. Sink vanity had a huge crack on the top and the refrigerator was dented and badly scratched. There were only three of us staying at the hotel that evening so I was surprised to get a room that needed attention. At least the staff at the desk was pleasant.

The rooms refrigerator was broken it was mold in the interior and smelled like something died in it. I told the attendant and nothing was done about it. When leaving the attendant was on the outside and yelled out do you want a receipt and that was how our stay ended. No type of accommodation for our concerns.
