Marrakech Retreat By La Siredrah

We stayed here for one night, but I wish we had booked it for longer! Breakfast was excellent. Grounds were very clean and the staff was welcoming! The hotel is small and is quiet- makes you feel like you are at a private villa. The staff was very accommodating - giving me ice to make iced coffee even. Staff was available when you needed them and helpful when needing recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants. Would definitely book here again!

We had an ants nest in our room to start off with, the lady didn't listen when we tried to raise it. We had a power cut one night, with no explanation. The shuttle bus is non existent, you get charged €20/25 a trip to Marrakech and it must be at the time when the lady says, usually this is tied in with ferrying the staff around too, not exactly a taxi service. On top of that if you want any changes, even if they are more convenient for them (i.e. a closer drop off somewhere you want to go, or an earlier time on a night) you must pay more for it. The lady even seems to give you times that she thinks are less convenient so you HAVE to pay more. For example, telling us on our last day at 8:15 the shuttle wouldn't be able to take us and the only time a car could was 8:45. She was shocked when we were happy with this time as she must have hoped we would need to pay for another taxi. Topping this off, when we got in the car at 8:45 we waited 30 minutes before the other passengers got in. This was in fact the shuttle we were told we couldn't get The food is what she says when she says. Served by the lady in an incredibly abrupt manner. When I worked in a hotel for 5 years, I took it on myself to go above and beyond the needs of guests, nothing was too much trouble. This lady made us feel like we couldn't be more of an inconvenience and left us paying for more than we should have, which she refused to take off the bill when we raised it.

Beautiful property away from the noisy busy city with really caring staff. Imane and Mohammad are great and will make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shuttle driver Yasin was the best and went above and beyond to make sure we toured the city well and he was so helpful. Great location and we had a great stay, I would definitely come back here if staying in Marrakech.

Everything okay but only problem travelling taxi problem and no Wi-Fi at bedroom

Excellent stay, very nice place with good staff. Food is also excellent. The menu for lunch around the pool is very nice. Good wifi. The garden is a little oasis with nice pool .

Things need to get improved in this property: breakfast is very poor (full of carbs, no proteins ) , beds is not comfortable at all, many nights I fall in the middle between two beds that they put together , breakfast should be buffet or menu , instead they just bring you food without asking you . Mohamed was doing his best to help us , but it seems that things are out of his control. He was very helpful . Other than that the place is amazing , very nice pool, beautiful nature , different types of trees, they have beautiful very friendly dog , nice big clean rooms, nice shower. In general my family and I had very good time in that quite beautiful place .special thanks to mohamed and Samira who helped us whenever we need them .

Great experience, very nice place with good location. Around 20 mns from the city, this the perfect hotel to be relax and eat very well. Great well being treatment, great breakfast with fresh food from their own garden. There is a free shuttle for going each day in the city. We used the hotel airport transfer. This is a good service. We recommend to everyone wants to have perfect holidays in a little paradise.

We stayed at Marrakech Retreat for 3 Days ; This is the best place we discovered in Morocco . People were friendly, helpful and very professional. Have breakfast in the tropical garden was the best moment of our stay because it was a very peaceful time. We had the half board so we eat each evening at the hotel. The food was great. Excursions from the hotel were nice the driver was very pleasant. The pool is also a plus point of the place, very clean and sunny. Rooms are clean and confortable. This a place we recommend
