Sehr schlechte Kommunikation erst nach ca 40 min Wartezeit Zugang zum Appartement. Der gebuchte Appartement nicht vorhanden.Zugewisener Ersatz kleiner und günstiger .Keine Entschuldigung keine Preis ausgleich.

"Nähe zu Innenstadt ist super"

Für Kurzaufenthalt gut. Besonders den kurzen Fuß weg in die Innenstadt fanden wir toll. Bei der Einrichtung ist noch Luft nach oben, wir würden sie als zweckmäßig beschreiben. Badezimmer könnte Auffrischung vertragen. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet werden, Platz wäre vorhanden. Sehr gut war der kostenlose Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, da Parkplätze allgemein rar sind.

Kommunikation sehr unpersönlich, kein Guten Tag oder ähnliches. Schlüsselübergabe musste erst erfragt werden.

"Preiswertes Zimmer mit Bad direkt am Kurpark"

Das Apartment liegt super zentral und man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Kurpark und in der Innenstadt.
