Very clean friendly staff

Great location, creative setup for our room with a bunk bed, and very affordable. I’ll stay here again. Pillows could use some work (giant blocks that made sleeping difficult), and check in was 4 pm with no flexibility for late check out. I’m sure property management is far more complex than I realize, but 4 pm seems pretty late.

Just a quick 1 night stay but will hopefully book with them again in the near future.

The property is great and tucked away from town. It's in an almost residential area. The walls are really thin and you can hear the guests beside you. It's almost a glamping kind of feel. There is easy parking right there in front your property. They have a fire pit for the guest which is a nice feature. The steak house that is walking distance is amazing and you can get carry out.

What we liked best here is the extra sink to help with preparing simple meals. There's no stove, just a micro and fridge, but it's a full-size fridge which is helpful. Biggest complaint: bed was very uncomfortable. We could feel the hard springs coming up, and it's soft. It is a very peaceful, quiet location which we enjoyed, convenient to Zion NP and reasonably priced, unlike Springdale. The coffee is provided in a large Folgers (or Maxwell House) can for you to scoop out into the coffee maker like you'd do at home. I don't know how sanitary that is with everyone sticking their hands in there to dish out their coffee, but we did and were fine. I'd stay here again.

Wonderful stay, we absolutely loved it. Clean, the firepit was fantastic, the grill was perfect for cooking, easy to find, and great communication and easy to follow instructions from the host.
