Great value

No words would do justice. Everything from our stay and communication was extraordinary!!

It's a nice size room with a kitchen, but the kitchen doesn't have a stove or cookware. There are not microwavable containers to cook food. There are BBQ pits, and a crock pot and rice steamer. The area is half a block off the main highway, and is quiet. There was only one empty drawer in the kitchen area but no dresser of drawers for clothes. There is a closet. For the price, if you're not going to cook, this is a good place to stay.

The outside grill and all coking utensil are very nice.

Really comfortable 'bunkhouse' short (30 minutes) drive from Zion. Great value for money, really enjoyed our stay. Lots of options for eating in La Verkin or nearby Hurricane. Accommodation clean and comfortable, in a quiet setting near to the main road through the town. Great stay - thanks

I had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again. The room was large with a huge bed, couch, and still lots of space. There were tons of appliances and really anything you might need for preparing and eating meals, to include silverware and dishes/cups. There are small tables and chairs on the porches. The BBQ grills were convenient too. The cottages aren't remote like I thought they might be, they are in town, but that also makes for a shorter distance to travel to Zion or to dine out. Definitely recommend.

The place was awesome except for the not fully cemented parking.

This place was very clean and functional. We arrived in the late afternoon after a day at Zion NP (temp was 102 in park). We wanted to have a cold beer at the provided table outside our place, but a lawnmower started up and for 2 hours it was mowing and weedwacking just outside. It was a disappointment. But the place itself was fine.

Just what we needed! Would be a great place for families with multiple bed configurations. Grills to cook out. Simple but all the important pieces.

The outside looks really nice. The inside room was clean, but the set up for me wasn’t very comfortable as far as feeling cozy. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. The bed spread was thin and looked like something from the 70s. TV to far away and too small. If you are looking for a place with kids to share a room it’s great and you have a kitchen area. My taste for a couple to have a nice getaway was not for me.
