I had a class to be at early in the morning, so I needed a cheap place to stay the night. It's a great value for what you get. Nothing special, nothing fancy. Clean, quiet, hot water, easy parking, good price.

The location and it’s close proximity to my event

It was dirty. There were roaches in my room. It was not clean. The refrigerator didn’t work and there was no working knob on it to adjust it. They had to come in with pliers and work it for me. They were not having good customer service when I called there were homeless people sleeping outside, laying on a towel covered in poop.
