Hacienda Motel

We only stayed for one night but overall it was a good stay. The room was adequate & staff was very nice and reasonable with out later check in time. The location was good as well and nearby a lot of places. Not too far from Lego land & freeways either

Outdated but that’s not a big deal at all

Felt safe and secure during my week stay.

I’ve stayed in many budget motels and this is the first time I’m writing a bad review and will never return to this motel. There was an unexpected $50 cash only deposit. One bed pillow had about 10 long hairs on it. I took it to the check in office to show this was unacceptable and that new bedding was needed asap and was promised someone would come and change the bedding and clean room. This never happened. I had to ask for clean bedding to change myself and was given 2 fitted sheets to use. As I was waiting a homeless man came in asking for a room and asked if he could come clean my room. In the middle of the night there was a knock on the 2nd story door. Unfortunately, the homelessness situation is prevalent in this area. When it was time to shower, OMG, the bathtub was chipping and shower curtain was so dirty that I did not want to have it rub up against me while showering so I stood in the tub with my flip flops on, no shower curtain pulled, faucet running and quickly bathed that way. So gross!!! I recommend to keep looking for another budget motel in a different area.

there is no ice machine, had problems with the tv.
