the experience from beginning to end was amazing. before the trip the hosts booked all of our trips for us. we lost our luggage at the airport so even though we could not obtain new tickets for Auschwitz on line they managed to still get us some. The apartment was huge perfect for the family of 8 staying there. we had everything we needed including cleaning facilities which was super handy since we did not receive our luggage we were able to wash our clothes and re wear them. the Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts on a morning for the children. it was great. throughout the full trip the hosts helped us with everything all trips. when we left we had bought items of clothing Coats, flipflops for the thermal spas, toiletries due to lost luggage. boots for the snow mobile trip. all of which we did not pack to bring home and left at the apartment. the hosts sent me a picture the same day and said you have left items behind how can we mail these to you. which i have never experienced such honesty on any other trip i have booked. as we told them we left them behind for another family or to give to charity. hopefully they were able to make use of them. but their honesty was admirable and i respect that a lot.

Honestly i have no complaints, just advisory. since there was 6 women and 2 men we needed a lot of towels there was enough but a few extra would have been super helpful.

Very spacious. Enough room for the six of us very easily. Very close to local shops, restaurants and trams.

Could have done with some proper bath towels. Bear in mind there is no tea or milk and not enough tea towels.

The apartment was nice and spacious with very comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. All of the bedrooms could do with mirrors, as it's difficult to do hair and makeup without one. There is one large mirror in one bedroom, but it's by the door. Obviously, the bathrooms have mirrors, but when there are a few people staying and needing showers, you don't have much time to spend in there. We were a party of 8. Fabulous decor in every room, very modern and updated. The kitchen has lots of storage cupboards and is nicely laid out. The fabric bar stools were very comfortable and a good height, whereas the two other plastic stools were quite unstable, so we didn't really use them. The kitchen could do with having a toaster, champagne flutes, and a few more wine glasses. Regarding the sofa bed, it really sleeps one comfortably or two small children, not two teenagers. We found the location to be very quiet (no traffic noise) but convenient to lots of amenities, and it was a very pleasant 30-minute walk into the old town. We would definitely stay here again as it felt like a home from home.

It would have been convenient to have two showers available for a larger group, though the bath was utilized on several occasions.

A huge apartment, very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We stayed here at the end of our trip, and the size of the apartment allowed everyone to have a little space from each other while still being able to spend time together in the living room or on the (huge) balcony :))) The building has underground parking for a car (for an additional fee). There is also street parking nearby, but availability can vary. The apartment is within walking distance (5–10 minutes) of all the restaurants and bars in the Kazimierz district. There’s also a scenic riverside promenade along the Vistula very close by. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. Nearby, you’ll find a pharmacy, supermarket, and bakery. The area is very quiet. Communication with the host was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a large family or a group of friends. Thank you!

As a traveler, it’s very important to me to have a full set of toiletries in vacation apartments: shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, hand soap, cotton buds, etc. In an apartment of this level, using a single all-purpose liquid soap for everything feels inappropriate. I highly recommend considering adding these small items. They really enhance the overall experience of staying in the apartment.
