The value

Only one air conditioning in the living room and another one in one bedroom only. Other 2 rooms were really too warm. The oven was dirty inside have remaining food particles The bath top or Jacuzzi was too old and the holes looks not clean.

Very big and cozy apartment. Very good location. Parking included.

the odd things need repairing such as a cupboard door. Consider the little things such as a shower mat and hand towels. welcome pack etc

the size of the apartment was amazing and fully furnished. the process of receiving the keys was easy. all of the materials needed were there like dish soap, culinary, towels, and etc..

the size and location were good. The beds were comfortable and the shower and ample hot water were great. Temperature and heating in the apartment also just right. Communication with the host also very good and helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment on day of departure.

Annoying little things …. the locks on both bathroom doors were broken. curtains hanging off the rails in the bedrooms. Hot tub jets did not work. Floors in the bedroom a bit dusty and grubby….. as were the pans in the kitchen. we couldn’t find any instruction book or information about Krakow anywhere in the apartment. More towels could have been provided and an extra hairdryer would be useful. All these things could be easily fixed.
