"Total disrespect!!!"

Total disrespect!!! The guy at the reception treated me very badly, I screamed because I didn't put the towel in the basket instead of losing it in a good way. Then he came in for my cell phone that I was charging and he told me to get out and insulted me. This is terrible for your hotel, this type of people damages the reputation of your hostel. The guy in the photo I posted totally damages their prestige and reputation, he is rude and poorly educated. He almost hit me.

"Better find another stay!"

Nothing!

No one was there as I arrived. I can't come in and slept outside. In the morning the staff was unfriendly and don't charge me back.
