Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom.

We had a very unpleasant check-in experience. Inexplicably, Reception was closed even though we arrived not only when we said we would, but also precisely during the short reception opening hours. No one was there, there was no door bell and no one picked up the phone! It was cold and we waited outside for some time. Once we finally reached someone, the lady was exceptionally rude on the phone having a go at us because, allegeldy, we did not pick up the phone when she tried to reach us. We did in fact have one missed call, but it still doesn't explain why reception was closed. The only explanation we received was that "it is a small hotel". Small or not, bad customer service is just bad customer service, and fortunately, as a customer I will just choose a different hotel next time.

Zentrale Lage. Für unseren Zweck perfekt.

Es ist ein Boutique Hotel, also vergleichsweise wenig Service. Aber im Grunde alles da.

Stylische Einrichtung, gute Lage, sauber - unkompliziertes Check-in dank Schlüsselbox. Kleines Frühstück, wo man sich selber bedienen kann. Es ist in kleinen Weckgläser vorbereitet.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, mit kurzen Wege in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof.

Perfecte ligging op loopafstand van de binnenstad en het treinstation. Mooie villa-achting hotel met gratis parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijke bediening en goede communicatie.

Sehr modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Service, proaktiv. Frühstück sehr gut, statt unnötig vollem Buffet wie sonst oft, fokussiert und das alles sehr hohe Qualität
