El personal del hotel siempre atentos y amables.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero cómodas ... sin embargo, no lo recomiendo para estancias muy largas ... Excelente para viajeros de negocios en visitas de 2 a 3 días.

I like the location of the place, it’s located in a plaza that has multiple shops and restaurants

The fact the the check in process took so long and to be told that they didn’t have our room ready ( check in is at 3) we arrived at the hotel at 5:30 another 40+ minutes to wait to check in and only to be told the room wasn’t ready . Luckily there was a cafe in the same plaza that we were able to wait at ( lobby was full of luggage and other people waiting for rooms)
