We came for a wedding and I wanted to bring to your attention some issues we experienced with the housekeeping during our stay. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard: • The built-in body wash and shampoo dispensers were completely empty. • The bathroom grout was very dirty and showed signs of mold. • We found garbage under the desk/table. • There were also leftover clothes from a previous guest in the room. This was disappointing and did not meet the level of cleanliness we expected. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
We didn’t even explore the area but loved the stay.
