The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were super accommodating, gave us recommendations and were always willing to help.

Signage to the property was poor. Black writing on purple background made it very hard to read. We drove past and had to reverse back down to it. There is very visible signage but it nowhere indicated Villa Oleander. Not sure anyone else was staying there so once we managed the driveway it was easy to park. Would not like to do that if there were several other cars parked. BTW we only had a mini.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern. Wir bekamen sogar ein größeres Zimmer, weil es gerade frei war. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück, das auf der tollen Dachterrasse angeboten wird, ist außergewöhnlich. Da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gastgeber haben sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, wahrscheinlich auch weil wir in der Nebensaison dort waren. Andi (Gastgeber) hatte auch viele nützliche Ausflugstipps. Außerdem spricht er sehr gutes Deutsch. Die Straße zum Apartment ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie sehr steil ist. Aber keine Angst beim zweiten Mal kommt ihr problemlos hoch.

Отель находится прямо в центре Ульциня и есть рядом все и магазины и кафе и рестораны и до пляжа минут 10-12 пешком. Номер просторный душевая просто огромная. В ванной отличная подсветка. Хорошая и удобная кровать. Огромная терраса, на которой приятно отдыхать. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, который очень любит русских и сам говорит по русски! В отеле есть прекрасная общая терраса с видом на море и горы! Вид обалденный.
