Unfortunately, my experience with the check-in process was disappointing. I had informed the property in advance about my arrival time, but I did not receive the code to access the key. I sent several messages and received no response. In the end, I had to call customer service, which required speaking German — something not every guest may be able to do. After nearly an hour of waiting in front of the hotel, I finally managed to get the code. I strongly recommend that those managing the property improve their communication and take guest check-in more seriously.
