L’emplacement était génial. Un appartement dans une résidence cosy. Cache derrière de hauts mur se cache un havre de paix. Vous entrez dans un grand jardin avec piscines et bain de soleil dans une ambiance jungle. Surfer environnement. L’appartement quand à lui est super bien pensé confortable propre avec une super literie. Notre fille qui a dormis sur le canapé lit a adoré sa nuit. Le canapé lit est très confortable Le wifi est de bon e qualité Le nécessaire pour cuisiner. À proximité d’une rue pleine de restaurant et commerces mais dans un total silence. Salle de sport piscine dans l’appartement. Parfaitement climatisé.

Notre piscine privee en rooftop est super mais manque de profondeur. Je ne sais pas si c’est la culture locale, mais il n’y avait rien pour nous recevoir Ça aurait été cool. Une petite bouteille d’eau par personne pour chaque invité. Pour le canapé lit, j’ai dû demander des draps car il n’était pas disponible. Mais les équipes m’ont ramené le nécessaire très vite.

La tranquilidad que hay y el silencio me encantó. La piscina bien cuidada. El apartamento estaba limpio y bastante completo con todo lo necesario. Está súper bien que aire acondicionado y ventilador en todas las habitaciones.

El gimnasio estaba algo descuidado ya que la cinta de correr no funciona. También las almohadas estaban muy duras (por favor tengan almohadas finas)

It's a nice and quite apartment complex. It looks relatively well maintained. The pools are for sure the highlight of this place. The apartment itself (#21) is OK, yet there were a couple issues with it, which didn't make a good impression. The neighborhood isn't fancy, yet it looked OK and safe enough with a couple nice restaurants in walking distance.

First of all apartment #21 is offered as for 3 people with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. There was no sofa bed, just a regular sofa which definitely wasn't suitable for sleep. After my complaint they delivered "another sofa bed", which was also not suitable for sleeping. So we shared the king bed. My biggest complaint is about cleanliness. Especially the bathroom wasn't clean, so we ended up cleaning it by ourselves. Also the towels were not clean, so we brought them to laundry. DIY, I guess. Also there was lack of supplies in the apartment. There was only: 1 set of towels for 6 days. 1 set of beach towels. 2 rolls of toilet paper. 2 tiny bottles with shampoo. A few (like 2) glasses, plates, pan and a coffee machine, hair drier. That's it. Just a few additional cheap things would make the stay more pleasant: more towels, drying rack, dish clothes and rags, garbage bags, salt, sugar, shower gel, cleaning supplies.

Shower didn’t drain properly
