B&B re apartments Palazzo Muscati

Cinzia was excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected for the price and the apartments were clean and fresh.

Palazzo Muscati is simply the dream of all holiday accommodations. Cinzia is a truly wonderful hostess who is passionate about your stay, your comfort and happiness. Very very helpful and ready to assist with tips, advice, recommendations, you name it. -The flat is roomy and everything in it works. -Nice thoughtful touches such as existing fresh fruit, tea, coffee, jam and biscuits -Very lovely (private) roof terrace which is calm, relaxing and quite special for either breakfast or a little apertivo in the evening - Location is fabulous. You are in the middle of Old Town where little walks (at any time of day/night) feel safe, calm and very beautiful. Molfetta Harbour and a small beach are just minutes from your door. There are bars and restaurants around most corners, you can try a different one every night.

-We stayed here for 1 week I think, and my only wish is that it had been 10. Palazzo Muscati is a booking you will never regret. It was a tip top magnificent stay.

Central in old town. Attractively decorated . Excellent hostess and breakfasts.

Amazing apartment at a wonderful location. The streets are lovely towards the property, the building is well renovated, and the apartment is cozy and big enough even for a bigger family. The rooms are furnished with great taste. The terrace is just the best it can be, for dinner, sunbathing or even for having a shower after. The kitchen well equipped for cooking.

The Wi-Fi is not the best, but our host did everything to fix it. And, you don’t really need internet connection to enjoy your stay ☺️

Fresh fruit and yogurts supplied daily,owner even brought warm focaccia one day. Good supply of pastries and biscuits and coffee left in apartment. The apartment near the sea and very central and not far to train station.

Air conditioning was difficult to work out.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE IS A SERIOUS MOLD INFECTION (Room 2 - Deluxe room) We checked in late and there was an overwhelming smell of perfume. When we removed the perfume we acknowledge the seriousness of the mold situation. We eventually fall asleep. In the morning, WE WOKE UP WITH PAIN IN OUR THROAT AND CHEST. We had difficulties breathing and we felt foggy. We went on a walk to escape the mold. We started to feel better after the walk and when we went back to the place we immediately felt sick by the presence of the mold again. We were supposed to meet someone to discuss solution but no one showed up and we tried to call 3 different numbers and no one would picked up our phone call. They only answered text messages through WhatsApp and refused to help us. They even said that they reported us as "unwelcome guests" through booking.com platform. They argued that they will not refund us because of booking.com policy but after calling 5 times directly the customer service of booking.com, we learnt that the host had the freewill to decide not refunding us. Finally one of the worker came and shared that the owner refused to refund us because they already lost money that week with a cancelation... We lost our money (for the 2 nights left + and the expenses of finding another accommodations somewhere else) because it was IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY FOR HEALTH REASONS. On another note, this room HAS NO WINDOW and is located underneath the street level, with is an old well (which may cause the mold presence). The breakfast is a shelve with plastic wrapped crackers and a few other extremely bad industrial quality pastries. For your own HEALTH, DO NOT STAY HERE.
