DG Grami Hotel

The hotel itself may not be the best hotel in the city. But the hotel service is amazing! Staff are so accommodating and very kind!! Love them!

Location is good for me and value for money

不是冰箱壞，就是插座沒電，沒拖鞋，不過服務人員會盡力處理問題，靠主要道路的房間很吵

The staff are very accomodating but want to improve the room. They need to add light to look bright.

I like the location but not the cleanliness

Good enough for short stay, close to the mall. Too noisy if you get rooms on the road side.

We went there to have a staycation with the kids for the location.fast internet and big TV. We know that it was an old hotel coming in so we did manage our expectations and we're satisfied, as a result

This hotel is nicely located nearby the SM Parañaque shopping centre, and the receptionists are very polite and helpful. However, the rooms have very poor lightening, there are no plugs or lamps near the bed, and the sheets and towels are old, stained, and broken. The breakfast is a very simple one-plate serving with either tea or coffee. And everywhere at the hotel, especially at the reception and restaurant, the smell of food and burned fat from cooking is very dominant. I got sick with a stomach infection during my stay their. I’m not certain if it was caused by the breakfast at the hotel - I think it was though. Anyway, that smell made me throw up every time I came near the reception.

Very disappointed

I booked the place so I have somewhere to spend the night and rest comfortably after our party. I arrived past midnight to check in only to find out that they didnt have a bidet in the toilet. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to cancel the booking but she pointed me to Hotels.com since I made the booking via the app. Unfortunately, I couldnt see any cancellarion button. I seriously am disappointed and felt cheated off my PhP2490 that I paid (rate plus tax ). I understand that there is a cancellation policy, but I went to the hotel and expressed my disappointment over the lack of facility. I was not even offered any form of redress or corrective measure! I just want my money back!!!
