Welldone San Pablo

Muy buena ubicación y muy tranquilo. Cama muy cómoda. Comunicación con el personal muy fluida.

Bathroom smelled of sewage the entire week. They tried to fix it but only lasted for a day.

La localisation était super, le logement était propre et fonctionnel, et l’hôte était disponible et a l’écoute par message

Rien de grave mais il y a eu une forte odeur d’égout dans la pièce à vivre pendant tout notre séjour L’absence de double vitrage dans la chambre rend l’appartement très bruyant la nuit et le matin.

Mise à part l’emplacement, rien n’était à la hauteur de ce qu’on avait réservé.

L’appartement en lui même. Trop petit. Très humide. La Clim trop forte même au minimum. La lumière toute la nuit dans la chambre. Une ouverture sur les voisins. La chambre ne faisait pas 40m2 mais plutôt 20m2. On a voulu partir et être remboursé, ils n’ont jamais voulu. C’est une annonce mensongère. L’appartement 104 est à fuir, c’est un appartement sans ouverture sur l’extérieur alors qu’il vous ait dit « Nice view on the street » Il y avait des cheveux par terre, des vices qui traînent. On recommande pas du tout.

The only good thing about this apartment is the ease of communication with the host and location. Bed was also comfortable.

Photos in the posting are misleading. There was no dining table in my apart 102. Just a very narrow counter facing the wall. I needed to work in my laptop. There is a working table in the bedroom and a table lamp which u can't plug anywhere. Its too dark in the room to work. There are no windows,  only 3 inside windows overlooking into an indoor hallway.The windows have no proper curtains so if someone is walking in the hallway at night the light goes on in the hallway and you wake up at night as the light goes straight to your face. The main door is flimsy everytime a neighbour opens their door ours was shaking.The ac in the bedroom is very small and blows right in the head when you sleep. Turning off is not an option as was hot. Our sleep score was very bad. The shower cabin too small and uncomfortable.  The  toilet is loose and makes a noise when u sit, seems is falling apart. Overall a very unpleasant and depresive place to stay. I wanted to leave earlier but unable to get refunded so we stayed for 3 nights , couldn't wait to leave.
