Hotel El Delfin

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, and beautiful place.

Hot water wasn't quite warm but not really an issue.

Totally overpriced. Absolutely not worth the money. Pool dirty (they just cleaned it for us when we arrived,.but it still looked very dirty). Tv did not work, smell in the room was very bad, carpet floor was falling off, shower had so little water we couldn't actually shower. Floor on the bathroom was coming off. Staff was nice. But for the rest I Really not recommend

It was a lovely building with great views and a nice pool. The boat for Rio Dulce picked us up from the hotel which was very handy!

Staff were very helpfull and spoke English. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was a bonus

We had a very pleasant stay at the Delfin with our two small children. The highlight was the pool, which we used everyday. Breakfast was included and a great start for the day. (Regular options of eggs & beans, pancakes with sirup or toasts with jam). Our room had two large beds, private bathroom, AC and a ventilator which was very helpful as the weather is very humid and hot, even at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about what to do in Livingston and how to get there and even organized the pick up directly from the Hotel’s dock.

Wifi was not available in all parts of the hotel, the best connection was close to the reception.

The best thing about the place is Yobany! He is an amazingly helpful manager. He helped us get our passports taken care of. He recommended wonderful places to see and visit. He went above and beyond to help everyone. When I return this is where I will be staying!

Giovanni provided great service.a d e an walked us to a restaurant we wanted to go to. The hotel walls are nicely decorated to reflect t the Caribbean and the Garifuna culture.

The WiFi didn't reach our room.
