"Exceptional"

Russ was so nice. It is a place that has enough for a one night stay. An hour from Zion. If you’re not complicated this is the place to stay.

it was close to town and other facilities you may need for an elongated stay. The facilities are perfect for a couple.

It is very close to other people so it is not the best if you are looking for an isolated stay. It doesn’t provide a “cabin in the woods” feel.

Poor design of room (shower was out in the open.) There was no soap in the room. No table or chairs or luggage rack. Property was hard to find in the dark. Dirt road to the property needed to be graded, full of ruts. The gal who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

looked at room before going to eat; did not bring bags inside; looked around...the toilet was behind a curtain in the room; the shower was a see=through glass stand alone shower in the corner of the room; no privacy. The linen on the bed looked aged and wrinkled, not inviting. No room to put anything in the room, eg luggage, bags, etc. Decided at dinner not to stay; brought key back and left. Had to find another room at last minute. Owner/manager was sweet, but the room wasn't what it was represented to be.

It has a great view in the morning. The room is clean and the facilities are comparable new.

It is very hard to find in the evening (the area is dark without lights). I would recommend to speak with the owner before the arrival to set a time for the arrival. The WiFi doesn't work.

We had a great time staying here! The name implies exactly what it offers, but there was more space than we were expecting! Has all the amenities you need & the host was very gracious & accommodating. A few cosmetic touch ups would take this place to the next level, but nothing major and all easy things to look past:)
