Waldorf Hotel

Large room, comfortable bed, great rooftop with a pool, jacuzzi and sun beds. The gym was small but purposeful. Good location, near a big shopping centre and supermarket.

The bathroom hd some loose fixtures, no hand soap was provided, there were no flannels; I would expect a Waldorf hotel to provide these things as I have stayed in many before. The breakfast was basic, there was some rotting fruit visible in the chiller cabinet.

I liked the aesthetic of the property, the rooms were comfortable, everything was clean and very organized

The staff was awful, very ugly attitude, looking as they hate their works and very judgmental, always looking us in a weird way, they wasn’t happy even when it was New Year’s Eve, we was like, if you hate your work so much just quit, the food was ridiculous OVERPRICED.

The manager was always there to help us. the staff are very nice. security there was at it's best. nice roof top restaurant

the light in the rooms were not strong enough, it was too dark in every room. we had to use our own headtlamps and torches to illuminTE THE ROOM.

Room was very clean and neat, you feel the quality of the place.

Location was not the best.
