Cómo no se pudo ingresar al hotel por problemas y cierre en la vía de Bucaramanga a Tunja pasamos la reserva para el 15 de noviembre al 17 y hoy me avisan que se les olvidó y ya no tienen disponibilidad, QUE FALTA de SERIEDAD y RESPETO.

La falta de seriedad y responsabilidad con la reserva que ya estaba confirmada
