Location and parking was excellent! good Bathroom facilities and accommodations, (adjustable) bed were also very good and clean! Snacks provided were very good!

Didn't know that there were no drawers or closets to place clothing. Had to leave most items in suitcase

Beautifully designed, modern features, clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen/lobby and pantry were spacious and inviting. Free coffee and snacks were greatly appreciated.

The kitchen had a stove with pots and pans etc but it was not clearly specified either when booking or in the kitchen itself that the stove is only available for 'private chefs', which is misleading. We were in Room 1 of the Courtyard building which really needs black out blinds. Though with all blinds closed, at soon as the sun rise there would be blinding sunlight coming both through the semitransparent blinds and around the sides, making it even hard to look at let alone stay asleep so early in the morning.

Great location a few blocks from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. The place was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I had kind of a long drive that morning and they checked me in early. I liked there was 24 hour access to the kitchen. I loved the atmosphere and decor of the place and the lay out was kinda funky in a good way. Lots of little places to sit and read, have a glass of wine and socialize.

I wish there was a mini fridge in the room but the full kitchen was convenient. The rooms were a bit small but fine for 1 person. But then you aren't in the wine country to stay in the room.

The smell

Breakfast was really delicious, homemade like with a ton of extras like fruit, baked good, any type of coffee, juice.

If I had to nit pick, maybe a mirror that lights up for us ladies who apply makeup.

Small, beautifully decorated boutique hotel with all the personal touches to make it an incredible stay! The adjustable beds were a game-changer. I typically take a day or two to adjust to a new bed, but I slept peacefully through the night at the R Inn!!!

R-Inn is off to the side of the main street in Napa Town. Because of this, we found it pretty quiet. The rooms themselves were clean and the beds were very comfortable (felt like sleeping on a marshmallow). We stay in room #1. It was small, but that was fine with us as we were only using the room to sleep in and hardly spent any time at the hotel. We had some friends stay in some of the bigger rooms in the main building, which they enjoyed. The lounge area is very modern and clean. They offer some breakfast options near the lounge area and another smaller "micro kitchen" near the external rooms.

I wasn't a fan of the gravel/dirt in the outer walking areas. I would've at least expected to have a nice paved walkway between the car lot and the rooms and between the rooms and the lounge area (if you are staying in the external rooms). Breakfast is included but has very limited options.

Very nice and clean room. The adjustable bed was a nice touch. Also, the access to the pantry for complimentary breakfast supplies, soft drinks and coffee was nice.

No staff on hand to assist however, they did return my call fairly promptly on the out of hours phone line.
