Clean and comfortable. The AC was cold.

The kitchen—coffee and breakfast pastries were yummy! Interesting decor. Amazing bed with really buttery soft sheets.

We needed more shelves in our room to put things away

I absolutely loved this property. It was clean, quiet, and walkable to downtown Napa. The room was fantastic and so comfortable. I greatly appreciated the kitchen access with coffee and tea. Cant wait to return.

We loved the location of the property. Our room was clean and bedding was comfortable. However, water pressure in the shower was extremely low (weak).

This is a very nice, and quite boutique hotel. I was really pleased with the amenities overall. We needed a kitchen for cooking and room 6 had a great kitchen. There wasn't anyone on staff when we arrived, so if you need service or help this might not be the place for you. It is all self serve. My only complaint was our floor was pretty dirty and when I alerted the management to this they did send housekeeping in, but they didn't do much just kind of wiped at the floor with a towel. Our entire floor needed to be cleaned, including the bathroom. I'd say if the floor was mopped and not so dirty I'd be super happy, but we like to walk around bare foot so that was a real bummer.

I love the adjustable bed, Bidet and the coffee machine. The staff is so helpful and accommodating.
