Die zentrale Lage

Die knallige Farbe im schuhkartongrossen Zimmer. Schlimm war der Geruch nach altem Staub und Rauch im Eingangsbereich, der auch in den Frühstücksraum zog.

Im Zimmer befand sich kein Fernseher, der Kühlschrank war leer und es stand auch keine Wasserflasche bereit. Im bead war der Rerlator am Waschbecker defekt (oder verkalkt), sodass mans ich beim Händewaschen die Kleidung bespritzte, von den 3 Deckenleuchten war eine ok, die zweite schwach gelblich leuchtend und die dritte ausser Funktion. Insgesamt bedurfte das Haus einer grundsätzlichen Modernisierung.
