Krasser Kundenservice. Wir waren zu dritt und haben ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Nach Nachfrage von uns ob es einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat wurde das verneint. Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns angerufen und uns angeboten unseren Aufenthalt in einem Apartment zu machen, mit Küche und Kühlschrank. Alleine dass sich das jemand gemerkt hat (von 2-3 Tagen zuvor) und so lösungsorientiert denkt um uns etwas gutes zu tun, verdient eine echt gute Bewertung. Das haben wir alle sehr geschätzt.

Uns war das Bett etwas zu weich, aber das ist halt Geschmackssache, dennoch perfekter Aufenthalt

eigene Parkplätze vorhanden; Schließsystem war vernünftig erklärt; schöner Innenhof

Zimmer war sehr schlecht geputzt; Haare waren im Bad und im Zimmer; Unterhose von Vorgänger war auf dem Schrank gelegen und hing über die Türen herunter; Dame am Telefon sagte uns, dass wir diese bitte aufräumen sollen
