Aphrodite Hills Hotel and Resort

We love great customer service and chose this hotel as we went all inclusive so looking forward to the different restaurants. We were therefore disappointed that within 48 hours the various dining options started to close for winter so within 7 days there was buffet only with the occasional option of Jasmine. The booking system ( via app at 10 am every morning ) meant we could not book at the Mexican as by the time you are allowed to start booking it had shut! The booking slots go very quickly. There is lots of good about the hotel . Most of the staff are lovely. We had a great room with a private pool . However for the first 4 days it was cold as the heating system broke. The buffet is excellent, great variety and well cooked. Can’t fault it. The staff in the bar and buffet are variable. Some are just fantastic like the very funny Joanna, Pepa and Inna. However some days there is little service and you may have to go and get you own drinks . The Spa is great with the most amazing massages available. Ask for Meena or Dil as both excellent and lovely. Not sure we would go again as hugely disappointed by not being able to access the restaurants.

We had an amazing stay here. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us well. Our bags were taken directly to the room. We were shown where to grab some dinner and then escorted to our room. The grounds were very well kept, with some stunning views across the golf course and towards the sea. The food in the buffet restaurant was good, with plenty of choice and theme nights. Some amazing desserts, especially the Fruit Charlotte! We had a swim up pool with our room which used a lot. The room also had a small mini bar as part of the AI which was topped up daily. Room was nice, maybe a little dated, but housekeeping came everyday. The pool side snack bar was on the most efficiently run by Kelly, however she was sometimes let down by one of her chefs who seemed to prepare orders in which ever order she liked! However the food was good. The hotel entertainment in the Carob Lounge was good with a variety of acts throughout the week. The TUI entertainment was also good. We were pleased to be the Halloween Quiz 2025 champions!!!! On departure day after a quick to reception, Roman arrived at our room to load our luggage and take us up to reception. Roman took time to talk to us about the hotel and his own cats!! Thank you Roman. We loved the cats around the hotel. Please keep an eye out for Little Ginge (a small kitten) and her Mum, Mama. They are near the adults pool. Thank you, we had a lovely holiday!

Don’t book direct. They charged us twice and 3 weeks later I am still chasing them for a refund. The hotel is nice, a bit remote. Food and drinks good.

This is a very nice hotel with staff that are always so plight and friendly. You cannot walk pass one that does not acknowledge you. The rooms are well equiped (if the fridge worked), beds very comfortable. The only slight negative would be the food is okay but nothing special, eve when eating in one of the restaurants as opposed to the buffet.

A wonderful Cretan massage by Meena. Best massage for ages. Delivered in a very nice spa environment attached to the hotel.

Outstanding experience with massage. The girl’s name was Meena😌whole my life I’m doing such treatments but this girl really changed my body and feeling. Thank you Meena. Highly recommend!!!!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel where all of the staff are extremely friendly. The entire team do everything they can to ensure that you have an unforgettable holiday. A big thank you to Lydia who has helped us with everything throughout our stay, and for making our holiday nice and easy. During our stay we have had the pleasure of eating at The Jasmine Restaurant within the hotel grounds. The food is excellent and the service is 1st class. The ambience within the restaurant really does give it a true Asian feel and it’s just perfect for an oriental gastronomic experience. A special mention to Sami the restaurant supervisor for looking after us so well and for making both of our evenings in then restaurant just perfect. We will be back again to see you soon. Stayed here for the first two weeks of September. Arrival at the hotel was welcoming and efficient. Roman very kindly took us and our luggage to our room and even provided a little tour of the facilities. Room Our room - 2108, although a little dated, was generously equipped with large bathroom (bath and walk-in shower). Small lounge area with fridge (well stocked with water, soft drinks - diet when requested and beer), nespresso machine and other tea/coffee facilities. Homemade chocolates as a welcome gift too. We booked a suite with private pool and the outside area came complete with table and chairs, sofa and comfy chairs as well as sunbeds. My husband has mobility issues and the pool was up two steps (no handrail) and the rail on the steps into the pool was very low so it was difficult to access until we worked out a method suitable to him. He did have a fall initially sustaining quite a bruise. Restaurants Buffet and specialty restaurants did not disappoint. Food was plentiful and tasty. The meal at Jasmine (Asian restaurant) was one of the best I have eaten at an All Inclusive and lunch at el Sabor (Mexican) was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful - special mentions to Maria and Joanna whose smiles welcomed us in the mornings and Elena for the ever filled coffees. Bars Carob bar was lovely and quiet in the mornings for a post breakfast chill out and Eleftheria, Kaitlyn, Aneta and Stanislav cheerfully served you indoors or on the patio. At nighttime the bar had a whole different vibe with live entertainment of a high standard and extremely busy staff who, especially the lovely Pepa, still made time for a smile and a chat. The main pool bar was expertly operated by Fanis (amazing moustache) and a lovely team who could remember your drinks when they were walking round the pools serving. The Tui team were lovely and helpful as were the hotel reception staff with a special thanks to George who dealt with any issues (not that we had many) with understanding and sensitivity. We will definitely be returning next year!!

This is my third I have been to this wonderful hotel. As I have Coeliac disease it can be very difficult to find a hotel that can cater for Gluten Fee dining. After arrival I met with the lovely chef Andreas who I had had the pleasure of meeting on our precious visits, he explained everything I needed to know, all the food was marked up with allergies and there is a separate GF area where they chefs are happy to help with toast, Croissants, pancakes, cereal, biscuits etc. The a la carte dining can now been ordered in advance of your reservation so everything can be prepared in advance to your booking which I found really useful as the menu could be adapted for GF. I would like to say a big thank you to all the catering staff and waiters who were always happy to help. I would also like to say a big shout out to Kornelya, who is amazing at remembering everyones drinks at the adult pool, always smiling and friendly and even remembered me from my previous stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We chose Aphrodite Hills after family recommended it. It’s fair to say it lived up to what we were expected. We had a truly wonderful holiday, with lots of happy memories. The staff from housekeeping to management are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was tasty and always a good amount available with various different options, if I had to nitpick, I wish there were more local dishes like sheftalia , mousakka etc but I can’t take that away from what is provided. They truly do cater for all, I believe there is a Cypriot restaurant in the village which is maybe a 3 minute walk depending on which way you go. Shockingly we found the hotel shop is actually cheaper for some items , so do check there so you already have a price in mind. Pepa looked after us frequently at the Carob lounge, lovely lady who without fail asked us how we were, extremely hard working. She is worth her weight in gold. George the manager of the Mexican themed restaurant , fantastic, great personality and had all of us laughing. Entertainment, Freddie who is talented not just vocally but also with his guitar, the last couple of nights , people were enjoying him so much that we were singing along with him. Nick who likewise is very talented on the piano alongside singing. A wonderful saxophonist, I found myself truly relaxed with all three, whether it was at the lounge, restaurant or by the poolside. My daughter loves animals of all kinds, so you can imagine her joy at the kittens she befriended on her first night. Horse riding , archery, jewellery making , swimming , mocktails and the cats she didn’t want to leave. My teenage son joined in with swimming , playing cards in the evening with us all and even something as simple as freedom to have snacks when he felt like it. It was nice to have him joining in. We usually wait a few months before looking at a holiday, this time we didn’t, within 24hours we had booked to come back again the same time next year.
