Beautiful terrace. The salt water pool was so refreshing. Older apartment building but had a lot of charm. The host was very nice. Very close to the restaurants. Make sure you go to the Basilica and Alhambra.

Busy street but you are in old town. Renovations in other buildings.

Parking is a 5 minute walk, but worth it because everything is close

Nous avons vu l'hôtesse à l'arrivée, c'est tout. Quand nous lui avons fait des demandes par WhatsApp (comme elle nous avait demandé de le faire par WhatsApp), pas de réponse...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l''emplacement du Carmen dans Grenade et le charme de la maison avec son joli jardin. Pouvoir prendre nos petits dejeuners tranquillement sur la terrasse, nous a particulièrement ravi! Rachel est vraiment parfaite: très à l'ecoute, elle fait partager son attachement à Grenade avec tact et gentillesse. Inattendu, le petit intermède privé de flamenco, dans le patio, auquel nous avons assisté nous a vraiment enthousiasmé!

A really nice, good value property right in the heart of Granada and within walking distance of the Alhambra. I really liked the outdoor space and the pool is a great touch if not a bit small. Rachel, who manages the property, was incredibly helpful and kindly agreed to meet us at the property a lot later than we were expected and also managed to sort out our parking! We really enjoyed our stay and although about a 25 minute walk into downtown Granada I would definitely recommend a stay!

As a first time visitor to Granada it’s important to realise that it takes a bit of time to find the property because a lot of the area is pedestrianised and not easily accessible by car.

The place has an ancient feel. It has been very well restaured. The view from the pool on the church del Salvador is lovely and the garden has gorgeous pomegranate trees. The host is chill and authentic. And it’s located in the best neighbourhood next to nice little plazas and 10 minutes away from the Cuevas of sacromonte. I completely recommend although you have to have good legs because you’re always going up or down in this area.

The street can be noisy but if you’re city people it’s ok.

La ubicación

Me parece una pena que hayan cambiado tanto el jardín. Fue un jardín maravilloso, con muchas flores y plantas, un verdadero jardín de Eden. Y un jardín que compaginaba con el concepto del "carmen". Ahora me parece algo estéril, a decir verdad. El concepto del "jardín nazarí", según el cual se ha reformado el jardín, no es propio de un carmen (me parece más un anacronismo)
