Borkum Island is partially car free. The travel time from Emden Ferry Port to Borkum Island is approximately 130 minutes, including a ride on the Island’s Inselbahn (train). Guests can leave their cars at Emden Ferry Port, which has a large car park. Please note that you must enter your full address when making your reservation. Please note that our reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you arrive after 4:00 p.m., please let us know your exact arrival time.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Overpriced"

Ontbijt is prima. Personeel is behulpzaam. Prima met hond. Locatie ook bereikbaar via eerder treinstation. Stallen baggage is prima.

Geen airco (voor 200/nacht). Raam kan open maar dan hoor je de buren eronder best wel luid. Erg duur. Gehorig op de gang. Ventilatie in badkamer maakt lawaai. Geen lunch beschikbaar. Locatie is goed bereikbaar met eerder treinstation, maar daarna heb je toch wel fietsen nodig om het eiland te verkennen, en dan kost fietsenhuur voor 2 standaard fietsen (hotel verwijst naar bedrijfje vlakbij) ook al gauw weer 50 euro voor 24u.

Erstklassiges Frühstück bis 12.00h und schönes Sitzen im Frühstücksraum oder draußen. Nettes Personal.

Bett war uns zu klein und nahe an der Wand, für 2.Person schwierig aufzustehen...oder über Partner klettern. Matratze nicht gut, hier braucht es mal eine neue. Zimmer wegen der Haustür (Glas) nicht abzudunkeln.

The location was really nice, clese to the trainstation, a good distance to the town but still peacefull and quiet. Also, the rooms were comfortable and clean with a great view.

The pillows were a little soft, but of course this is purely a personal preference.
