Staff atrocious behaviour. There was no hot water Ive been accused being a prostitute

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié c’est le service, les personnes qui travaillent à l’accueil ont fait tout leur possible pour répondre à nos attentes c’était vraiment parfait sur ce point là

Ce qui était le moins agréable était le bruit, les chambres ne sont pas équipées de double vitrage. On entend la musique comme si nous étions avec les fenêtres grandes ouvertes !

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mabrouk in Agadir and overall it was a great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops, cafes, and not too far from the beach, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything was comfortable and smooth. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they responded politely and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the bed was comfortable, which helped me rest well after long days out in the city. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the good value for money. For the price, the services and comfort provided were more than satisfactory. It’s a simple but honest hotel that delivers what it promises. Overall, I am happy with my stay at Hotel Mabrouk and would recommend it to anyone visiting Agadir, especially travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel tax was 35 DH. I paid 50 DH at reception and didn’t get my 15 DH change back, but it’s okay 😂 I’ll take it as my luck.
