A damage deposit of ZAR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests should note only paying guests will be allowed in the premise. No visitors will be allowed. A surcharge of ZAR 200 applies for arrivals after 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note, as the property does not have a liquor license, alcohol is not served or permitted on the premises.

The Gentleman who was checking us in, was so unreasonable. He informed us on our arrival that if any utensils missing in our rooms we would have to pay for them, with the deposit they requested and we did an an inventory check of their kitchen and alot of utensils were already short. If we by chance had an accident [periods} in their sheets, we would have to pay for their sheets. They won't even offer you a chance if to try and clean them.

deposit fee then finds any excuse not to pay you back, paid R300 for stained sheets. oooH the insults from the owner, Johan " do not come to my property and have unprotected sex". If "if you were on periods, you should have TOLD to me about it". I mentioned this will be on reviews the response was go ahead I have all your details and car registration "
