"Buena ubicación, falta de mantenimiento"

La ubicación y rápida respuesta de los anfitriones (tuvimos un problema, nos caía agua del techo y nos ayudaron muy rápido).

Al apartamento le falta mucho mantenimiento. Hay cosas que no funcionan (campana extractora) pulsadores de retrete y algunas manetas de puertas inexistentes… el retrete no estaba bien sellado y subía muy mal olor… el apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable y es muy grande pero sí que necesita mantenimiento y más limpieza.
