It was super conveniently located for the historic sights of Ubeda, the beds were very comfortable, the showers had excellent pressure and the Aircon/heating was controllable for each room individually. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to prepare simple meals and the owner was quick to replace an apparently malfunctioning fridge so that we didn't have a problem.

Only a couple of tiny things - either the TV could be mounted higher on the wall so that you could view it without having to push the coffee table out of the way as the table is in direct line of sight at the moment or replace the coffee table with a lower table (we didn't watch the TV so it didn't matter to us). And, as tea-loving Brits, we had to buy mugs to drink our tea from as there are only small espresso coffee cups in the cupboard.

The location was really good.

We spent more than 20 minutes to get into the house as they told us wrongly which was the apartment and they have no mobile coverage so we could not contact them for 15 minutes or so. The flat was more or less clean but it needs to be repainted and fix at some points.

Excellent location in the heart of the town, absolutely clear guidance from the host... he explained in detail how to find the property, where to park the car to easy unload our luggage, how to enter the property with the code etc. He also provided clear information on how to get to the garage. Regarding the property we were placed on the top floor, attic. Well equipped apartment, clean, modern, the interesting thing is that the lift was coming directly into the apartment (there is a separate key for it) - for the floors below, the lift was normally stopping in the corridor. From the apartment there is a wonderful view on the roofs in the downtown Ubeda.

Easy access to the property. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Good showers with excellent water pressure.

There's a balcony, which was good, but no furniture on it so not able to sit out to have a coffee or glass of wine. A second door key would be useful.

The property is spacious, clean and the beds and sofa are very comfortable. The decoration is neutral and relaxing. The apartment and block are quiet. There are restaurants and shops at walking distance. The historical part of the city is easily accessed on foot.

The street where the apartment is located is quite narrow and a car cannot be parked outside. We parked 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment (this was street free parking).
