The pillow is a bit hard to me

Convenient location, clean and modern facilities, warm and cheerful staff, very comfortable bed! Stayed here twice in Chiang mai and would definitely stay again :)

Clean rooms and bathroom. Super sweet and helpful staff. Great location, right across from a delicious food market and heaps of other cool spots.

No curtains. One room I stayed in didn’t have any windows.

Staff are super helpful and kind. Free coffee and snacks. Common room is nice to meet people. I have been back 3 times now. Also a 7/11 over the road 2mins away.

Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, sometimes smelt bad.

It was a good way to meet people, with a common area with free coffee and tea. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the hostel itself was very clean and the bedroom had air conditioning with a remote so you can control the temperature yourself. The room was spacious for 4 people, with your own locker which was large enough to fit a traveller backpack. The bathrooms were also large and clean. Additionally, there is a very good and very cheap night market just opposite the hostel!

There was no elevator in the hostel, so if you have a big backpack be prepared to carry it up stairs. The room itself was quite stuffy, as you are unable to open the window and the beds are very hard with hard pillows too. The walls are also very thin so if people are talking outside you can hear them very clearly.
