L’emplacement est pas mal

Très déçu par cet hôtel. Chambres très petites, lits inconfortables et propreté insuffisante (2/10). Service globalement médiocre. Refus d’accès au petit déjeuner parce que je n’avais pas réservé la formule — manière peu professionnelle. Je ne recommande pas.

The staff at Onomo Casablanca City Centre were both welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the care they took to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Karima who ensured that my room was always clean and well stocked. Although we did not share a common language, Karima managed to communicate warmth and hospitality. It was a delight to meet her.
