Cama algo incómoda

Atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom... café da manhã é muito gostoso

Quarto fica ao lado da lavanderia. Cheiro muito forte de mofo e a cama não é confortável e é cama antiga. Por estar ao lado da lavanderia, tinha muito barulho, 6h da manhã e já não conseguia mais dormir.

We were there for the third time. Unfortunately, the morning shift staff was unfriendly, in a bad mood, and did not greet us or even smile. She stood right next to us while we were eating, which was uncomfortable. We had to ask multiple times before she reluctantly agreed to prepare two plain eggs for us—without any friendliness. As a guest, you don’t feel welcome here, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. Due to this employee, we would not return. Friendly and attentive service should be a given in this kind of beautiful place. The pool was very dirty and only cleaned the day we left.

Breakfast was good. They also offered coffee and some cakes, cookies in the afternoon. And they had friendly and young staff.

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small and not very clean.
