GOLDEN LAND HOTEL

Everything, could not fault anything, Room was made available early, helped to organise trips.

Exactly what my partner and I were after, clean and tidy, accurate to what was advertised and the owners were lovely people. The view of the adjacent lush mountain was such a nice surprise, waking up to the sounds birds and wildlife set the mood for the day and kept us present in the moment.

The hotel is brand new so the condition was great. The hotel staff was very friendly, gave me tips and suggestions on where to eat and what to do on the island. He even dropped me off on his bike so I don't have to walk all the way to the bus stop with my bad. The only thing was that the nearest beach was closed for construction so the walk was very long to another beach. The hotel is very close to the main road where all the restaurants are. Just dint feel safe walking back alone too late at night.

The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately there was a very bad smell from the bathroom (old pipes), and the asian style shower. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Boat trip offers are very affordable and good (especialy AliBaba trip for 300.000 dongs per person)

The hotel is really nice. The room was very large and clean. It had comfortable beds. Staffs were very friendly, helpful. Good location, good view from the room. The offered a nice trip for us to see Lan Ha bay with a reasonable price ❤. We highly recommend it 😊

The hotel looks great in the photos on Expedia. Location is good, away from the busy sea front. On arrival they did not know we had booked and the English was so inadequate they had to bring someone from the hotel next door to interpret. They looked at my paperwork and we were shown 2 rooms. Rooms were clean but fridges were empty, no kettles, tea,coffee,toiletries,toilet paper,bottled water. At reception they provided one kettle and we were each given a coffee sachet, bottled water and toilet roll. The mattresses are so hard they hurt. The rooms suffer from damp and although claiming to be soundproofed plenty of noise enters the room through the single glazed window. The rooms were never made up or re-provided. Only one other guest whilst we stayed. Breakfast was a limited choice but good. The hotel didn't feel open for business.

New or re-furbished. Clean pleasant. Rooms were damp. Condensation on single glazed windows. Fortunately air conditioning had a dry setting

It was closed. I booked a room online and paid but when i turned up it was completely closed.
