Reservamos para 7,con 7 camas...3 dobles y una individual Al llegar eran 4 habitaciones con 6 camas.Llamamos,nos dijeron que esperásemos.....hasta hoy

Reservé un dia y lo cambié por otro,llamé para confirmar el cambio y me dijeron q el cambio estaba bien hecho,despues me cobraron dos dias. Llevo reclamandoles esa noche 10 dias y sólo me dan largas, VERGONZOSO

Reservé una noche y la cambié por otra,llamé al hotel para confirmar q el cambio estaba bien y me dijeron que la modificacion estava bien.,pero me cobraron dos noches. llevo diez dias reclamando la devolucion de la noche de más y me dan largas.VERGONZOSO
