Gästehaus Hohe Tannen

One of the positives of the accommodation is the location. I stayed in multiple areas of Garnish and this one starts to move on top because of how quiet it is.

What started as a very pleasant stay ended up ruined by the lady administrator/owner that was mentioned in other commends by past guests. It is my belief that when you work in hospitability industry you should have a "pro customer mindset", a "how can I help you" attitude? In my case it was the exact opposite and I think this lady should not face customers and if it is the owner should hire someone else with better social skills.. Since the check-out is very early (10:00) I asked if possible to extend it even offering to pay for it. I was hit by a hard NO and was mentioned twice that 10:00 is THE LATEST. Now, I do not pretend to know how to run a hotel/guest house but, as mentioned, I think the first question would have been - by how much would I like to extend it and then analyze if possible or not to extend it. Unfortunately, for the business owners, there is no "one size fits all" and each customer has different needs and expectations.

Eine schöne Unterkunft vom privaten Betreiber. Sehr viel liebe zum Detail. Und eine gute vorab Kommunikation. Außerdem gibt es Getränke zum Verkauf.

Leider hat mein Bett sehr laut geknarzt. Sodass der Schlaf nicht sehr erholsam war. Jedoch war die Gastgeberin offen für Feedback.
