My husband said the breakfast was excellent and a great deal. The views were amazing. Our host was very welcoming. The location was perfect for us.

Bed linens a little scratchy but maybe we’re used to something different.

The location - close to the center

Everything else. Not even simple amenities like a water heater in the room. The bathroom was the worst - extremely slippery and old - not well maintained at all. The heating was not working right and this was sub zero temperatures - there were two heaters behind a wood panel - one was barely working and the other wasn't. Even the hair dryer is the room wasn't working.

"Excellent place for us three.."

Ideal location, close to where we used to live and friends of ours live. We had the first night without breakfast, the second with. Breakfast was very good. We ended up staying another 4 days in Garmisch, would have extended our stay at this place, but there was no availability, so we moved on.
