Location, drinks from the bar was good

There was false lashes under the bed (like 10), there was mold in the hotel room and the air was terrible, the cleaner sometimes didn’t clean the rooms and when she did, she didn’t change the sheets, the breakfast wasn’t good and once there was mold in the butter they gave us, most of the time there was no water. We couldn’t take a shower or flush the toilet

Nothing!

After the 1st night we had to check out. It is impossible to sleep until 4am because there is a night club next to it. I paid for Un upgrade we got a standard room instead. The whole building was filthy snd unacceptable. We could not even flash the toilet, did not work. The place has NOT been decarated for 20years for sure. Do not book this place!!!! nothing was like on the pictures. We had to pay for another accommodation and leave.

Didn’t have breakfast

My uncle and cousin arrived on the Monday and had booked another hotel after 2 days, it was that bad. We never actually stayed and booked alternative hotel and lost the money. How you can advertise that property is ridiculous.

Nothing it smelt it was dangerous with broken decking boards, plywood boards,drug paraphernalia all over, no running water at times,couldn’t flush toilet

Let’s start with something positive: contrary to some reviews, the rooms were cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels and linens every day. The only downside was that we didn’t get more shower gel or soap after the first day. The accommodation offers a great free pool, and the fact that you’re right on the beach with free sun loungers is, in my opinion, the biggest plus. The central location in the resort also puts you in the heart of the action. The main issue was the water, which only worked between 11 AM - 1 PM and 7 PM - 9 PM, but that was a general problem on the island. Hotels weren’t as affected, but here, with over 300 rooms, it was harder to manage despite having four large and three small water tanks.

As for the negatives, the rooms were nothing like the pictures. We experienced three days of heavy storms, and water leaked from the ceiling and through the balcony and front door. Regarding the music, which is another common complaint I’ve seen, well, you’re in a party destination. It seems odd to complain about the music—this isn’t a family resort, and I don’t think anyone comes to Kavos to go to bed at 10 PM.
