Trabukos Beach Complex

Staff were very nice

The location was great, very close to the beach, nice pool and music etc.

Had to ask for toilet paper, staff weren’t that approachable, reps were in your face all the time.

The overall stay was great and facilities were nice, the staff were amazing and it was very clean and well kept. The location was amazing, although I didn’t use the pool it looked great and other guests who stayed there were pleasant and used it regularly.

The facilities in the room were a bit dilapidated and not very new. I would also say maintenance of certain facilities such as the shower could have been better as it leaks into the floor but there was a drain and it leaked into the drain. The bathroom light was not working and I didn’t remember to tell the staff so I can’t fault them for not changing it. My biggest issue was the WiFi was not working for the entirety of my stay due to changing the provider and the provider not being able to come out to install the new system and WiFi was advertised with the room so it’s a bit of a let down as I had to rely on my phone data

no wifi , apparently they were going to change the antenna , which did not happen. no running water one day you could feel the springs in the mattresses toilet would not flush , due to the lack off water air conditioning unit was broke
