We had a big room with a very beautiful view on the beach

We didn’t have water for 2 whole days, which means that we couldn’t take showers or even flush the toilets. The receptionnist was absolutely useless and missing, if you’re looking for him, you should check at the bar of the club next to the hotel, he’ll be there. He said he couldn’t do anything for the water, no one came to repare it and we stayed in the room with no toilets or shower. They also gave us wifi that didn’t work at all. Also during the night, you can hear every single person outside screaming and singing until 6.00am (staff included besides), it feels like they’re in the room, that’s crazy you can actually hear everything. To finish, there’s no shutter so you’ll be waken up at 7.00am by the sun after falling asleep at 6am cause of the noise

Swimming pool good, location good, balcony nice & sunny.

Noise of people in corridor very loud. Toilets at pool area poor with no light, no door. Apartment hard to find initially.

Good location as it is right in the middle of the strip so easy to get to bars.

The Toilet light was broken.kept flickering every time we turned it on so has to use toilet in the dark. Due to a storm occurring while we were staying here,the main water pipe burst which meant we had no flushing toilet or running water for 4 days out of the 6 days we were staying. (1 of those days the water was very low pressure and cold so doesn’t really Count as running water in my opinion) with all this going on due to the storm,I understand it’s not the hotel staff fault BUT they failed to come to our room and ask us if we were ok,if we needed bottle water, not giving us other options to shower etc.

Since we are two elderly ladies, we were looking for a bedroom away from the street because of the noise. Everything was great. Pool, beach, staff, clean 10
