Das D'Andrea Lagoon ist eine tolle, (noch) kleine Hotelanlage mit sehr zuvorkommendem und herzlichem Personal. Die Swim-up Suiten sind ein Traum und lohnen sich in jedem Fall. Das Hotel befindet sich an ruhiger Lage und ist ideal zum Relaxen. Es hat genügend liegen am Pool und am Strand und das Ambiente ist einfach wundervoll.

"Modern hotel with amazing facilities "

Pluses - Amazing facilities: gigantic pool, amazing aesthetics, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, clean sandy beach, WiFi throughout rooms, pool & beach - Modern, spacious rooms with super king beds - Room cleaning twice daily - Nice touches: wine & fruits on arrival, sun hats, chocolate after room cleaning Minuses - Average food, although they do try to make fancy dinner meals. Breakfast could add a la cart options (eggs Benedict, pancakes) & option to have it in room. Dinner menu stays the same, would be great to see it change every few days. - No 24hr room service. - Far from nearby towns & no shops/ATMs around, therefore car rental is a must have

We had a great time! Good food, nice & clean room, great facility. A spa area would have been nice. Massage was in the room. Next time I would rent a car the entire time as besides walking on the beach, transportation is not available besides a day rental car which was fairly pricy.

This hotel is beautiful inside the out. Honestly breathtaking. The staff are so friendly, smiley and helpful in every way and efficient. Maria the main receptionist was lovely from the start to the end. Very helpful in telling us where to go, what to do and how to get around and it was so much easier to plan and saved us money as well. She is a lovely member of this hotel as well as the hotel staff. If I come back to Kos, will stay here again.

Die Anlage ist noch sehr neu und wunderschön. Die am Pool gelegenen Suiten sind wirklich toll und das Design ist atemberaubend. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war der fast nicht vorhandene Service am Pool. Leider kommt dort nur ca 1 x pro Stunde jemand vorbeigelaufen und hat natürlich auch ordentlich zu tun, um alle Bestellungen abzuarbeiten. Noch schwieriger ist es, wenn man am Pool seiner Suite liegt. Das müsste wirklich besser sein! Wir hatten eine der großen Suiten mit privatem Whirlpool. Die Suite lag genau in der Mitte der Anlage, somit hatten wir den ganzen Tag Sonne pur! Das war wirklich top, allerdings fehlt in diesen Suiten ein Sonnenschirm. Alle anderen Suiten haben natürlichen Schatten, aber die beiden großen zentral gelegenen leider nicht. Trotzdem war die Anlage und das Essen im Restaurant toll. Es hat uns trotz dieser kleinen Mängel sehr gefallen.
