"Beautiful location in a lovely farm setting close to the beach with delicious breakfast"

This place is wonderful. It is a great location and the surrounding farm fields are stunning. Animal life is plentiful in the area. The staff was helpful and we appreciated the welcome cakes, tea, coffee, and farm fresh milk. The breakfast service was top notch and delicious. We appreciated the tips on places to go paddle boarding and have lunch nearby. Both spots we visited for lunch and paddle boarding were unique and memorable. The beach in Sea Palling is just a mile away - it was lovely and the weather was fantastic when we were there. We would like to return again soon.

Everything was fantastic - looking forward to visiting again someday.

Fabulous breakfast freshly cooked to perfection. 5 star choice. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable and home made cake a lovely addition after a long journey.

"If you want a beautiful rural stay this is a must."

Everything, it was the perfect idyllic location to unwind for a few days. Large comfy bed, mini fridge with fresh milk and homemade cake on arrival in our spacious room. Lots of space to hang/put your clothes too and the option to have breakfast in your room if you wanted to. The owners and staff were all very lovely, extremely warm in their welcome and very knowledgeable on the local area too. It's a working farm but a great way to diversify and make use of old barns.

Fantastic welcome,lovely spacious bedrooms and probably best breakfast room eating area we've come across! Excellent fruit and full English fry !!

Just felt the waffles we had on our 2nd morning weren't served hot,maybe had been cooked prior to us arriving for breakfast..

Everything. It has a lovely homely feel but in such a large place. Everything has been carefully & lovingly chosen and it has certainly paid off. Hannah is a lovely lady and a fine host too. It was a pleasure to stay at Dairy Barns. The breakfast was delightful. Thank you.
