Central-Hotel Torgau

Kleines feines Hotel in der Torgauer Innenstadt mit sehr sauberen und geräumigen Zimmern. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und arbeitet mit Liebe und Hingabe für die Gäste. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer, vielfältig, umfangreich und sehr lecker.

Stayed here on a cycle touring trip of the Elbe. The hotel had everything we needed. The room was nice and clean with all facilities. There was secure parking for out bikes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in this trip in this price range. Price was good.

Sehr netter Empfang im Hotel. An der Rezeption gab es ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade für ein größeres Zimmer, da wir drei Nächte blieben. Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich, das Buffet wird vom Personal zügig aufgefüllt.

nur eine Nacht (Durchreise), sehr freundlicher Empfang, das vor Ort dazu gebuchte Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert

Geschmackvolle Weihnachtsdekoration, freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel, sehr schönes Frühstück. Wir kommen gern wieder.

the location is not overwhelming, but the facade of the house is great. it is a garni hotel everything needed is there - but it is not great nor charming. the floor in my room was not cleaned - the rest was ok breakfast - plentiful with fresh fruits etc etc coffee is a disaster service was not nice / friendly

Great service , very secure cycle parking , good breakfast and the help from suzanne on reception ,in assisting us with the next stage of our cycle journey was exceptional located not too far from elbe cycle route

We have stayed at hundreds of hotels large and small over the last few years. The positives for this hotel: clean property and room, excellent water pressure in sink and shower (shower a bit small), walking distance to city center, restaurants and grocery store, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, secure bicycle storage in basement, quiet neighborhood. The negatives: only that the rooms are not air conditioned. Even worse, they don't have room fans as most hotels do that are not air conditioned. Also, we asked for two extra bath towels and they refused to give them to us. Not exactly customer friendly but I've noticed that attitude in Germany. It's not what you need as the paying customer but what they want to give you. Quite different than hotels in other countries and we've been in four countries in the last few weeks. Bottom line-you'll have a pleasant stay but you'll be a little warm even with the window open.

The hotel is just a short walk from the town center, offers comfortable rooms, lift, garage for bikes, eater pump to wash them if needed, and much more...the staff is very kind and fulfills any of your wishes very willingly and with a smile. When we arrived we were offered coffee and just baked cakes, for free and it was all veery good! Anyone working in the accommodation environment should take example from Silvia and her staff! Thank you very much, excellent as usual.
