Stay was okay.

They charged extra for the early check-in even though room was available. I confirmed before reaching that I will require early check-in and over call they mentioned if room is available then they allow without extra changes.

Nothing.

Although I made a payment around a week before I arrived at this hotel and got confirmation already, they refused to accommodate me. Simply they told me that because I am a foreigner, they can't allow me to stay that hotel. In fact, I already informed them I am a foreigner when I made a booking.
