Very good placement in city center, big flat, big room with big window. The bed is comfortable. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped.

Very cold, heat didn't work at all. To take a hot water you need to wait 10 minutes around. I think this is a very nice place for summer journey, but for winter it is not comfortable.

I liked everything, Everything was excellent — from the location to the cleanliness and comfort. The only issue I had was that only one of the air conditioners was heating properly; there seemed to be a problem with the other three. Overall, everything else was great.

Emplacement

Location is good.

This is the perfect example of a property where the management is doing the absolute minimum to keep it running. All contact with the staff was over message, the flat is in serious need of renovation, the bathroom smells, the walls are dirty and need painting. Even the calendar in the kitchen is three years old. These people don’t care about this place and are not interested in making the guest experience comfortable or unique or even acceptable. The room keys don’t work, and you are sharing the flat with strangers with no way to secure your room. Another example, the power went out on my last night. No one tried to do anything about this, nor contact me to say they were aware of the situation and doing their best to find out what was going on. The price was good, but for the same price, I am sure considerably better places are available in Bari.
